Insurance

Ocean Therapy Center accepts workers compensation and most insurance. As a courtesy for our patients we will contact your insurance carrier to determine your benefits for physical therapy and submit all claims to your carrier.

Additionally the patient should also contact their insurance carrier to know their physical therapy benefits and be aware of all covered and non-covered benefits. If your carrier denies treatment for ANY reason, please reference our fee for service page for discounted self payment plan.

Patients are responsible for:

1. Insurance deductible
2. Co-insurance or co-payment per office visits

At the time of your first visit please have:

1. Current insurance card
2. Picture I.D.
3. Referral for Physical Therapy from a doctor
